liblicense-icons software package provides Icons for Creative Commons and other licenses, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblicense-icons
liblicense-icons is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblicense-icons package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblicense-icons *
You will get with liblicense-icons package name, version, architecture and description in a table
